The main advantage of the Geopile® instant foundation method is that it requires no excavation.
The pilings are screwed into the soil using special hydraulic equipment. Installation is quick and allows for immediate use. Geopile® helical piers are prefabricated, made of galvanized or epoxy-coated steel and designed to withstand the radial and axial forces encountered. Their geometry allows for maximum exploitation of the soil capacity. They will withstand loads of up to 500 kN. Geopile® helical piers are ideal foundations for any structure requiring permanent, solid support.
